This second appeal has been filed against judgment and decree dated 09.08.2024 passed by the District Judge, Burhanpur in Regular Civil Appeal No.39/2023 and Regular Civil Appeal No.48/2024.

Learned counsel for appellant filed IA No.19546/2025, an application for withdrawal of the appeal.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, IA No.19546 of 2025 is allowed and accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
