The applicants have filed the present application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR/Crime No.06/2018 registered at Police Station Prithvipur, District Tikamgarh (M.P.).

Perused the Office report available on record. After investigation, challan was filed and the applicants were tried in RCT No.618/2018, which has been finally decided vide judgment dated 12.12.2024, whereby the applicants have been acquitted. Hence, the present

M.Cr.C. is rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the present M.Cr.C. is disposed of as infructuous.
