This M.Cr.C. has been filed by the petitioner against Charge Sheet filed in connection with F.I.R. dated 1.4.2019 registered vide Crime No.21/2023 for offences under Sections 376 & 376(2)(n) of I.P.C.

The petitioner has been acquitted by learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Vaidhan, District Singrouli vide Judgment dated 15.1.2025 passed in S.T. No.72/2023 (State Vs. Ashish Kumar Shah). Therefore, this M.Cr.C. is

rendered infrctuous.

Accordingly, this M.Cr.C. is disposed of as infructuous.
