                                 T h is revision coming on       hearing this day, t h e cou rt passed the
                           following:
                                                              ORDER

Heard on I.A. No.1530/2024, an application for extension of one months time to deposit the enhanced fine amount.

Counsel for the petitioner submits earlier, vide judgement dated 04.12.2023, this appeal was partly allowed and the sentence of the appellants was undergone but fine was enhanced by this Court, but due to some unavoidable reasons, the appellants could not deposit the enhanced fine amount within the stipulated period, hence prays for further one month time by way of filing the application.

For the reasons assigned in the application, the same is allowed and the appellants are directed to deposit the entire enhanced fine within one month from today positively.

This order shall be read conjointly with the Judgment dated 04.12.2023.
