1. "Whether the First Appellate Court has grossly erred in reversing
the judgment and decree of the Trial Court without any cogent reasons?"
2. "Whether the First Appellate Court has erred in shifting the burden on the appellant/defendant regarding the nature of the property?"
3. Whether the suit filed by the plaintiff/respondent No.1 deserves to be dismissed?"
Issue notices to respondents on payment of process fees by RAD as well as ordinary mode within a period of seven working days. Notice be made returnable within four weeks.
List thereafter.
Meanwhile, parties shall maintain status quo as it exists today till next date of hearing.
