In unison, Learned counsel for the parties submit that the petitioner and prosecutrix are major and they have agreed to marry with each other, for which

they have entered into a compromise.

I n view of such developed situation, they pray that subsequent proceeding initiated in pursuance to FIR No.79/2022 registered at GRP District Itarsi may be directed to be quashed.

It is also informed that today the case is fixed for pronouncement of judgment in the trial Court.

Reserved for orders.

Till the final order is passed by this Court, it is directed that the Court below shall not pronounce final judgment in the pending trial, if already not

passed.
