The dispute involved in this matter can be resolved with the assistance of the Mediator, therefore, matter be sent to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Narsinghpur to take necessary steps to explore the possibility of compromise between the rival parties.

Principal District and Sessions Judge, Narsinghpur is directed to appoint

a Mediator, who shall call the parties and conduct the mediation proceedings.

Mediator is directed to submit its report as expeditiously as possible. Registry is directed to send copy of impugned judgment and other relevant documents to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Narsinghpur.

List the matter alongwith Mediation report after four weeks. Meanwhile, learned counsel for the State is directed to call the custody period of appellant from the concerned jail.
