Counsel for the respondent submits that present petition is covered by

the judgment passed by Division Bench in the case of Lalji Choubey Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and another reported in ILR (2008) MP 2513 wherein it has been held that preparation of receipt of possession by the

revenue authorities as well as the mutation of name of the State Government in the revenue record is a sufficient material to show that physical possession was taken.

Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, in the interest of justice, hearing of the case is adjourned for two weeks.
