                                This petition coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                          following:
                                                           ORDER

By the instant petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated Signature Not Verified Signed by: SUSHMA KUSHWAHA Signing time: 4/11/2023 5:07:04 PM

21/03/2023 (Annexure-P-1), whereby the candidature of the petitioner to the post of Constable (GD) has been rejected by the authorities on the ground that when petitioner was juvenile a case was registered against him vide Crime No.436/2016 and as such he is not entitled to be appointed.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of order passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.9109/2019 arising out of SLP No.26395/2018 (Union of India and others Vs. Ramesh Bishnoi), the petitioner cannot be deprived only on this count.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of directing authorities to pass appropriate order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of

this order considering the judgment passed by the Supreme Court in Union of India (supra).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
