Heard on office objection whereby it is informed that appellant No. 1- Girani Chaudhari has filed Cr.A. No. 6226/2022 against the same impugned judgment.

Since this appeal has been filed later in time by same appellant No. 1

who has filed connected criminal appeal, as agreed by parties this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn for appellant No. 1 - Girani Chaudhari. This appeal shall continue for remaining appellants. Girani Chaudhari will be at liberty to press his pending criminal appeal No. 6226/2022.

In view of this order I.A. No. 2722/2023 is dismissed. I.A. No. 18114/2022 for condonation of delay of 66 days is taken up and for the reasons stated in the application, aforesaid I.A. is allowed, delay is condoned.

Reply to suspension application be filed within 15 days.
