Matter pertains to age of superannuation of employee of M.P. Road Transport Corporation (MPRTC).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner referred order dated 25-02-

2020 passed in bunch of writ petitions in which W.P.No.3694/2019 (Ashutosh Pandey Vs. The Managing Director, MPRTC & Ors.) was lead case, has been decided in which no benefit has been accorded to the employees of MPRTC. He referred order dated 15-03-2021 passed in SLP (Civil) No.1923-1928/2021 whereby the Apex Court dismissed the SLP preferred by similarly situated person. Therefore, according to counsel for the petitioner nothing survives in the petition to adjudicate upon.

Prayer noted.

Petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous in light of the order/judgment

referred above.
