             Shri Jagdish Baheti, learned counsel for the petitioner.

             Heard.

             Issue notice to the respondents on payment of PF within seven

days, failing which petition shall stand dismissed without further

reference to the Court. Notices be made returnable at an early date.

Heard on interim relief.

By placing reliance on full Bench judgment of this Court in the

case of B.B.Verma and another Vs. State of M.P., 2007(4) MPLJ

610, learned counsel submits that without there being adjudication

impugned recovery (Annexure P/1) has been issued.

Considering the aforesaid and subject to hearing other side,

operation of impugned recovery (Annexure P/1) shall remain stayed.

List the matter along with Writ Petition No.23403/2021.
