Being aggrieved by the order dated 10.07.2017 passed by VIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Sagar, District-Sagar in Sessions Trial No.3900384/2016, the petitioners have preferred this revision petition challenging the order framing charges for the offence punishable under
Sections 364, 302 and in alternative Section 302/34 of IPC.
As per the communication No.941(nks-21-5)62, Sagar, dated 06.12.2021
received from Principal District & Sessions Judge, Sagar, the trial Court has delivered the judgment of acquittal on 07.04.2021, therefore, this petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for calling of the records. But, in view of aforementioned communication, the petitioners have been acquitted from the charges levelled against them, therefore, there is no need to call for the records.
In view of the communication No.941(nks- 21-5)62, Sagar, dated
06.12.2021, the revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
