This appeal under Section 19(1) of Contempt of Court Act, 1971 has been filed by the contemptnors namely, prosecutrix, her father Kunwarlal and her brother Anand Yadav against the order dated 02.11.2022 in Contempt Petition (Civil) No.415/2022, whereby the appellants are in custody and undergoing sentence for six months awarded by the impugned judgment.
As assistance to contempt drawn by learned Single Judge, we think it appropriate to appoint amicus curiae.
On our request, Mr. M.P.S. Raghuvanshi, learned Additional Advocate General judiciously agreed to assist this Court as amicus curiae.
Registry is directed to supply complete set of record of Contempt Petition No.415/2022 along with the copy of present appeal to Mr. D.S. Raghuvanshi, assisting counsel to Mr. M.P.S. Raghuvanshi within a period of two days, enabling him to assist this Court.
List the matter on 15.12.2022.
