        Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that in the
   circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum, the High Court be pleased
   to stay operation of the Judgment dated 30.01.2024 of the Ld. Single
   Judgein W.P.(C) No. 2182 of 2024 to the extent that Writ Petition was
   allowed and direction was issued to the Appellants/Respondents to honour
   the petitioner's claim either in terms of seniority list or otherwise not
   later than 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment
   pending disposal of this Appeal in the interests of justice and equity.
        This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 03/09/2024 upon
   perusing the appeal memorandum, and this Court's Order dated 21/08/2024,
   the court on the same day passed the following:
