Heard the learned counsel for the review petitioner and the

learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the review

petitioner that it is stated in the judgment that there is a civil suit

pending between the parties. It is submitted that as a matter of

fact the only pending proceedings between the parties is EP

No.205/2020 in Execution of the decree in OS No.872/1985. The

said submission is not controverted by the learned counsel

appearing for the respondents as well.

In the above view of the matter, the review petition is ordered

recording that the pending proceedings between the parties is EP

No.205/2020 in OS No.872/1985 before the Munsiff Court,

Kollam.

This review petition is ordered accordingly.
