A joint memo has been filed to dismiss the revision

petition as settled out of Court. The memo is signed by

the learned counsel on both sides as well as both the

parties, stating that the matter has been amicably

settled.

The revision petition is dismissed as settled out of

Court.

The petitioner shall deposit the fine amount of

Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) before the Trial

Court, if not already deposited. The fine amount shall

be remitted to the State.
