Order No.04 Dated : 24.07.2025 I.A. No.8682 of 2025 Heard learned counsel in I.A. No.8682 of 2025 which has been filed for suspension of sentence and confirmation of provisional bail to the appellants granted by the learned trial Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of appellants that judgment of conviction and sentence has been returned against the present appellants under Sections 323 and 325 of the IPC, who are named in the FIR. Although it is alleged that the injury was inflicted by Tangi, but the injury report does not substantiate the charge of any incised wound. General and omnibus allegations have been levelled against the entire family. Part of the prosecution case has been disbelieved with regard to charge under Sections 379 and 307 of the IPC.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for suspension of sentence. Considering the submissions advanced on behalf of both sides and the materials on record, I.A. No.8682 of 2025 for suspension of sentence and confirmation of bail, is allowed. Appellants are permitted to continue on their previous bail bonds.
