1) This application is filed by the applicants seeking condonation

of delay of 62 days in filing this appeal challenging the judgment of the

learned Single Judge in W.P. (S) No.181 of 2016.

2) A counter affidavit has been filed thereto by the respondents

opposing the condonation of delay.

3) Having regard to the reasons given in the application seeking

condonation of delay, we are of the opinion that sufficient cause has

been shown for condoning the said period of delay.

4) Accordingly, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned and the

application is accordingly allowed.

5) List this case for Admission on 04.12.2024.
