01. Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks direction upon

the respondents to release forthwith the unpaid carriage charges amounting to

Rs. 18,02,317/- along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of submission of

bills for period April 2020 to September 2021 in respect of FPS Sranwan

Thakraie, which is due to the petitioner as a dealer, FPS Sranwan Thakraie.

02. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid amount

has not been released by the respondents, though the same was due to the

petitioner as per the communications of the concerned Storekeeper/Salesman

with regard to the amount in question and that the petitioner has made

representations for payment of carriage charges which is still remain unpaid.

03. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner shall be satisfied, in case, the instant petition is disposed of at this

stage, by treating the same as representation and a direction is issued to the

respondents to accord consideration to the same within some reasonable

period.

04. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner

and documents placed on record, the instant writ petition is disposed of at this

motion stage, by directing the respondents to treat the instant writ petition as a

representation and accord consideration thereto by deciding the claim of the

petitioner with regard to payment of carriage charges strictly under rules and

as per law, within three months from the date a copy of this order, along with

copy of the instant writ petition and the annexure(s) are made available to the

respondents. The order of consideration, if any, so passed be forwarded to the

petitioner.

05. Petition, is thus, disposed of, along with connected application(s).
