01. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

02. Pursuant to Circular No. 238 of 2026/RG/GS dated

28.01.2026, the Registry has listed the instant case

before this Court for its referral to the Special Mediation

Drive.

03. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

perused the record of the case.

04. It appears that there are elements of settlement involved

in this matter, as such, an effort needs to be made for its

settlement through mediation. Accordingly, the instant

matter is referred to mediation. Both the parties shall

appear before the Co-ordinator Main Mediation Centre,

High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, at

Jammu on 16.02.2026. They shall contact the Co-

ordinator through the e-mail address

05. The Co-ordinator shall appoint a mediator at the earliest.

06. The case shall come up for awaiting the report of the

mediator on 07.04.2026.
