01. Issue notice to the non-applicants/respondents. Mr.

Sumant Sudan, learned Advocate accepts notice on

behalf of the non-applicants/respondents.

02. This is an application seeking restoration of the writ

petition WP(C) No. 2432/2023 which has been dismissed

for non-prosecution on 12.12.2025. The application has

been filed within the prescribed period of limitation.

03. In the application, it has been submitted that the learned

counsel for the petitioner was not feeling well on the date

CM No. 120/2026 in

when the case was dismissed for non-prosecution on

12.12.2025.

04. Having regard to the cause shown, the application is

allowed and the writ petition WP(C) No. 2432/2023 is

restored to its original number subject to deposition of

Rs. 500/- as costs in the Advocates' Welfare Fund within

a period of ten (10) days.

05. List the main writ petition WP(C) No. 2432/2023 on

23.02.2026.

06. The present application is accordingly, disposed of.
