Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that as of now there is no violation committed by the respondents of the judgment passed by this Court and that they have shown their intention not to proceed against the property where the residential house of the petitioners is located.
In view of the aforesaid, there remains nothing for adjudication in the contempt petition.
The contempt proceedings are accordingly closed.
