1. Compliance report dated 28.02.2024 filed by respondent No. 2 reveals

that an amount of Rs. 39.80 lacs has been released on BEAMS. Learned

counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount has not been released in

favour of the petitioner till date. In view of this, the respondents are

directed to file compliance report strictly in terms of the judgment, failing

which, respondent Nos. 3 and 6 shall remain present before the Court on

the next date of hearing.
