16.10.2024 In terms of an order dated 04.09.2024, Mr. Hakim Aman Ali, Dy. AG, then appearing in the case was afforded time to take instructions with respect to availability of any post in District Pulwama for the purpose of being offered to the petitioner for carrying out the compliance of the writ court judgment.

Mr. Syed Musaib, learned Dy. AG, very candidly seeks one week's time for doing the needful. Time is granted with a caveat that default in coming up with the requisite instructions, that too factually correct information, will invite adverse order against the respondents at their risk and cost.
