On the last two consecutive dates of hearings, there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the case was called

out, nobody turned up to represent the petitioner.

It seems that the grievance of the petitioner with regard to non compliance

of judgment dated 14.12.2015 passed in SWP No. 1183/2014 does not survive. It

is because of this reason only, the petitioner is not taking any interest to pursue

this petition. Accordingly, the proceedings in this contempt petition are closed.
