                                    ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking initiation

of contempt proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the

directions dated 13.06.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in

WP(C) No. 14/2023 titled "Azra Bano & Ors. Vs. Chairman, SSC & Ors."

It is submitted that the Division Bench of this Court has vide common

judgment dated 13.06.2023 in two clubbed writ petitions, i.e., WP(C) No.

14/2023 and WP(C) No. 2740/2022, set aside the judgment dated 07.12.2022

passed in OAs No. 717/2022, 730/2022 and 739/2022 and directed the

respondent No. 1-SSC to reckon the petitioners' appearance in the Computer

based examination, though pursuant to the interim direction of the Central

Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Srinagar Bench, as regularly admitted

candidates and to announce their respective result and deal with their cases

accordingly depending upon the outcome of their result as was done with respect

to other shortlisted candidates in accordance with the terms and conditions of the

advertisement notice dated 23.05.2022.

It is submitted that the impugned judgment dated 13.06.2023 has been

assailed before the Supreme Court by filing Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.

19370-19371/2023 and the Supreme Court has vide order dated 15.09.2023

declined to interfere with the judgment passed by this Court and disposed of the

SLP.

Heard.

Issue notice to the respondent returnable within two weeks.

Dasti service is also permitted.
