1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been
granted all the financial benefits accruing from the judgment of the Writ
Court, whereas the respondents in their compliance report have stated that
they have complied with the judgment of the Writ Court and released all
the financial benefits whatsoever in favour of the petitioner in terms of the
judgment of the Writ Court and a sum of Rs. 9,73,334/- is stated to have
been withheld by the respondents as the petitioner is stated to have drawn
cash assistance as a migrant.
2. In view of the stand taken by the respondents, learned counsel for the
petitioner seeks time to file response to the compliance report filed by the
respondents.
3. Needful be done by the next date of hearing.
4. List on 11.12.2023.
