Vide order dated 01.11.2022, petitioner-firm was directed to submit

the requisite bills/claims, within one week before respondent No. 3 and

respondents were directed to process the said bills/claims of the petitioner-firm

strictly in conformity with the judgment dated 21.02.2018 passed in OWP No.

337/2018, within a period of two weeks, thereafter.

Ms. Rozina Afzal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

that though bills in original had already been produced before the concerned

Department, however, in compliance to the aforesaid order dated 01.11.2022

photostat copies of the bills were again submitted to respondent No. 3, however,

aforesaid order dated 01.11.2022 has not been complied with.

Ms. Chetna Manhas, learned counsel appearing for the respondents

seeks and is granted two weeks' time as last and final opportunity for filing fresh

compliance report, failing which, matter shall be considered on merits for

issuance of rule.
