01. Petitioner has initiated the contempt proceedings against the

respondents for non-compliance of the judgment/order dated 01.07.2015

passed by this Court in SWP No. 695/2015.

02. Compliance report stands filed on behalf of the respondents. As per the

compliance report the claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide order

No.320-Agri of 2015 dated 12.10.2015. Therefore, nothing survives for further

consideration in the present petition.

03. Accordingly, proceedings in this contempt petition are closed.

However, petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy available to him under law

against the said order.
