01. The respondents have submitted that they have passed a speaking
order bearing Order No. 31-DSWJ of 2023 dated 11.03.2023 thereby
complying with the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court dated
23.11.2022 in LPA No. 47/2019 titled 'State of J&K and others vs. Rajesh
Sharma', which was disposed of with the following directions:
"We partly allow this appeal and set aside the direction of the writ court for grant of retrospective appointment with all consequential benefits and direct the appellants to give effect to the appointment of the respondent from 19th of March, 2010 on notional basis for purpose of qualifying Service for Pensionary benefits. The appellants are directed to comply with this order and recording the same in Service Book of the respondent."
02. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a week's time to seek
instructions in this regard.
