1. This is an application seeking correction of error relating to

parentage of detenue that has crept in Para (1) of judgment dated

26.09.2023, whereby the impugned writ petition has been disposed

of.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

3. It appears that in Para (1) of judgment dated 26.09.2023, name of

father of the detenue has been shown as Abdul Rehman Teli,

whereas as per the petition his name is shown as Abdul Rahim Teli.

It appears that a typographical error has crept in while formulating

the judgment dated 26.09.2023.

4. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application,

the same is allowed. It is provided that in 4th line of Para (1) of

WP(Crl) No. 140/2022

judgment dated 26.09.2023, name of the father of the detenue shall

be read as Abdul Rahim Teli instead of Abdul Rehman Teli.

5. This order shall be read as part of judgment dated 26.09.2023.

6. Application stands disposed of.
