This is an application filed on behalf of the Applicants seeking a direction upon the Registry of this Court for release of entire award amount in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent, pursuant to Judgment dated 3rd of May, 2023 passed in FAO(D) No. 13/2019 read with Order dated 17th of May, 2023 passed in CM No. 2790/2023.

Since, there is already a direction passed by this Court in terms of Order dated 17th of May, 2023 in CM No. 2790/2023 for release of award amount in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent, therefore, we do not feel that there is any need to pass further direction in this application with regard to the prayer made therein.

In view of above, the instant application shall stand disposed of, accordingly.
