08.02.2023 Mr. Mohsin Qadiri, learned Sr. AAG, submits that the subject matter of the contempt petition is under consideration of the respondents. He further submits that the respondents/contemnors undertake to implement the judgment/order passed by this Court in its letter and spirit and report compliance to this Court.

Mr. Mohsin Qadiri, learned Sr. AAG, shall file compliance report indicating therein implementation of the judgment/order passed by this Court in its letter and spirit.
