CrlM No. 138/2023

This is an application seeking impleadment of the complainant,

namely, Randeep Kour as party to these proceedings.

The complainant being a necessary party to the proceedings under

section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing the FIR, as such, the instant application is

allowed. Ms. Randeep Kour D/o Ranjeet Singh R/o Village Garhi, Tehsil and

District, Udhampur is impleaded as respondent No. 5 to the main petition.

Registry is directed to update the index accordingly. Notice be issued

to the said respondent through the concerned Police Station.

Application is, accordingly, disposed of.

This is an application seeking permission to place on record the

documents including the copy of judgment dated 30.12.2022 passed by learned

a/w connected petitons

Principal District Judge, Udhampur whereby, the complainant and petitioner-

Mandeep Singh Gill have been granted divorce with mutual consent.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The

documents annexed with the application are taken on record.

Application is, accordingly disposed of.

List this matter for recording statements of the parties on the next date

of hearing or in the alternative if the parties have already made their statements

before any court regarding compromise then the petitioners shall place on record

certified copies of the said statements before this Court by or before the next date

of hearing.
