When this matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. Sajad Ashraf, learned GA, submits that the General Administration Department, in terms of OM No. GAD-LEG/32/2021-09-GAD dated 10.10.2022 has asked the Administrative Secretary, Finance Department to implement the judgment and to appoint the petitioner against the post of Junior Assistant (OSC Category) in Finance Department against any available vacancy with further direction that in the event there is no post available, then a proposal for his appointment against a supernumerary post may be submitted for approval of the Competent Authority and to comply with the judgment of this Hon'ble Court. When asked as to what Finance Department has done, Mr. Sajad Ashraf, learned GA, submits that the case is under process. Further weeks' time is granted to submit compliance.
