17.10.2022 Statement of facts has not been filed nor compliance report. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI submits that Mr. Ravinder Gupta, learned AAG was not authorize to represent the Union Territory of Ladakh, therefore, the contemnors may not aware about the order passed by this Court.
Mr. Sharma shall file compliance report/statement of facts showing that the judgment/order in respect of which contempt petition has been filed stand complied with in letter and spirit. Same shall be filed within three weeks, failing which, contemnors/respondents shall remain present in the Court on the next date of hearing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply the copy of petition to Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI.
