                                      ORDER

06.05.2022 Through the medium of instant petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 08.09.2018 passed by the learned trial court whereby evidence of the prosecution was closed. Perusal of the trial court record reveals that the challan stands disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 10.02.2020 passed by the learned trial court. Thus during the pendency of these proceedings and with the disposal of the main case, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous. The same is disposed of accordingly.
