                                    ORDER

This is a petition for initiation contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience and non-compliance of judgment dated 10.11.2016 passed in SWP No. 777/2016 whereby a direction was issued to the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner for release of wages for the period claimed by him if not already decided by a speaking order.

The respondents have filed their statement of facts and have also placed on record a copy of consideration order dated 21.10.2020 passed by the Conservator of Forest, Central Circle, J&K whereby the claim of the petitioner has been considered and rejected on the ground that as per the records, the petitioner was never engaged, nor his services were ever utilized by any field functionaries of Project Officer, MFP Project Jammu. Be that as it is, the judgment stands complied with and therefore, the proceedings in this contempt petition are closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedy against the consideration order (supra) in accordance with law.
