Caveat 1196/2021 shall stand discharged. CM 6018/2021 is allowed subject to the condition that petitioners shall file the certified copy of the impugned judgment within a period of six weeks.

After having heard Mr Z.A.Shah and Mr M.Y. Bhat, learned senior counsels, we are of the opinion that the matter requires to be considered after pleadings are exchanged.

Mr Irfan Andleeb, Dy.AG, appearing vice Mrs. Moksha Kazmi, learned counsel for Medical Council of India, and Mr Azhar ul Amin, Advocate, appearing for the Public Service Commission, may also seeks instructions in the matter.

List on 18th October, 2021. Parties to exchange the pleadings in the meantime.

Appointment, if any, made in the meantime shall be subject to the decision in the writ petition.
