Coram: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE
ORDER
On the last two dates of hearings i.e. 09.09.2014 and 22.03.2021,
there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, when the case
is called out, nobody appeared for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has
lost interest to pursue the matter. Possibly the judgment of which the
disobedience is alleged has been complied with by the respondents.
Be that as it may, since nobody has appeared on behalf of the
petitioner, there is no point to keep this petition pending in this Court
indefinitely. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
(SANJEEV KUMAR) JUDGE JAMMU 02.09.2021 Paramjeet Whether the order is speaking : Yes/No Whether the order is reportable : Yes/No
