The contempt petition arises out of judgment dated 28.12.2012
passed by this Court in CMA No. 2492/2012 and judgment dated 05.04.2013
passed in CMA No. 467/2013 The petitioner is not present as his grievance
might have been redressed by this time. The contempt petition is, therefore,
disposed of accordingly. In case the grievance of the petitioner still survives,
he can file petition against the present incumbent who has not taken action in
pursuance to the judgment passed though having been made aware of the
same.
