The Registry has listed this matter before this Bench presuming it to be a civil case as the case has been given registration No. MCC 08/2018. A perusal of the record of the file reveals that the State has filed appeal against the judgment of acquittal dated 09.10.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Anantnag along with an application for condonation of appeal and application for seeking leave to file appeal which perhaps has been registered as SLA No. 08/2018. The Registry is directed to examine the issue and list this matter on 23rd March, 2021 before the Bench holding the Roster after giving it an appropriate registration No., if not already registered.
