                                    ORDER

01. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

02. The petitioners are seeking compensation by way of damages caused to

their land due to development work of road under PMGSY.

03. In similar circumstances, on the basis of the letter of the Tehsildar,

Phagsoo, dated 17.04.2019 addressed to The Sub-Divisional Magistrate

(Collector Land Acquisition), Thathri, one another writ petition WP(C) No.

314 of 2021, ' Inhabitants of Village Phagsoo Doda vs. Commissioner Secy.to

Govt. PWD (R&B) Deptt, J&K and others' stands disposed of vide judgment

and order dated 12.10. 2021.

04. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of this petition

also in the same terms and conditions as the aforesaid writ petition.
