According to Mr. Ravinder Gupta, AAG, learned counsel for the
respondents, a committee has been constituted with a view to comply the
judgment and order dated 27.04.2016, which is likely to take a decision
within a period of four weeks.
Instead of four weeks, six weeks time is allowed to the respondents
for filing a compliance report with regard to the judgment and order in
question.
It is, however, made clear that it shall be the sole responsibility of
the Commissioner/Secretary Health and Medical Education Department to
ensure that an appropriate decision is taken and be placed before the Court
on or before the next date of hearing.
List again on 22.03.2022.
