The judgment passed by this Court on 09th October, 2018 directing the

respondents to release the admitted amount in favour of the petitioner within

six weeks has not been complied with.

Mr. Aman, learned Dy. AG seeks and is granted four weeks last and

final opportunity to comply with the judgment and submit a compliance report

by next date of hearing. It is made clear that in case, the judgment is not

complied with in letter and spirit, the Chief Engineer, Maintenance and Rural

Electrification, Kashmir, Srinagar shall appear in person without any fail on

next date of hearing.
