2. The issue raised in this Writ petition is covered by the judgment

rendered by this Court on 28.05.2024 in CWP no. 2274 of 2021 (Satya

Devi vs. State of H.P and others) and batch.

3. Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ petition is also allowed and

the respondents are directed to continue the petitioner in service till he

attains the age of 60 years.

4) All pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
