Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of

judgment passed by the Supreme Court in case T. Valsan (dead)

through LRs and others vs. K. Kanagaraj and others reported in

(2023)7 SCC 614, present petition deserves to be allowed.

Learned Additional Advocate General seeks time to go

through the aforesaid judgment and verify the facts.
