     This Regular Second Appeal coming on for orders this day, the
     Court passed the following:-





                                  ORDER

It is heartening to note that with the proactive role

played by the learned Mediator Shri G. D. Verma, Senior

Advocate, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement in

terms of Ext. MA that was placed before the learned Mediator.

2. In the given facts and circumstances, both these

appeals are disposed of on the basis of the compromise Ext. MA

and in consequence thereof both the suits filed by the respective

parties are treated as withdrawn.

.

3. Consequently, the judgments and decrees passed by

the learned Courts below are set aside. The parties shall be

bound by the compromise Ext. MA, which shall form part of the

order.
