r This application has been filed on behalf of

applicants/respondents No. 1 to 5 for release of compensation

amount.

Under instructions of Senior Section Engineer,

Nothern Railways (Construction), Chandigarh, Mr.Rahul

Mahajan, Advocate, representing non-applicant/appellant,

submits that judgment passed by this Court in this appeal has

not been assailed further and, therefore, no objection has been

communicated for allowing this application.

Being so, application is allowed, with direction to

the Registry to release the amount of compensation in favour

of applicants/claimants along with up to date interest, for which

they are entitled in terms of final judgment passed by this

Court, by remitting their respective shares in their respective

bank accounts mentioned in para 2 of the application.

The application stands disposed of.
